The Leon Law Firm, P.C. www.theleonlawfirm.com can help you if you have been affected as family in the story below.

A Memorial-area apartment complex is being sued over claims its ceiling collapsed and injured sleeping tenants.

Tiffany Brown and Solomon Sampson filed a lawsuit on Oct. 20 in Harris County District Court against Wyndham Oak Apartments, in Memorial, citing negligence.

Brown and Sampson say on July 30, they sustained serious injuries while at home in their Wyndham Oak apartment, located at 2410 S. Kirkwood Road. According to the brief, the ceiling and the insulation in their apartment collapsed and fell on top of them while they slept.

The plaintiffs are seeking damages and attorney’s fees. They are being represented in the case by Bellaire attorney Paul Higdon.
