Big Props

Everything is bigger in Texas - and that has never been more evident as yesterday when the Houston Astros and Texas Rangers both selected players in the draft that were partially paralyzed and may never play baseball again.

You can read more about the players, Johnathan Taylor and Buddy Lamothe in the link below.

http://blog.chron.com/ultimateastros/2011/06/08/touching-gesture-by-astros-drafting-paralyzed-san-jac-player/

Lamothe was a top reliever for San Jacinto Junior college. He struck out 27 in 21 innings with a 0.86 ERA before being paralyzed in a diving accident last month .

The Leon Law Firm www.theleonlawfirm.com sends their prayers and best wishes to both Johnathan and Buddy.

Check out the link below to help Buddy and his family with medical and living expenses while Buddy rehabs in Houston at the TIRR facility.
