Hurricane season is from June 1st thru the 30th of November. Hurricane IKE was the third most expensive storm to make landfall in the United States. IKE hit Galveston, Texas on September 13th, 2008. It is hard to believe that residents and business owners STILL have unresolved claims from almost four years ago.
