Carlos A. Leon has been practicing law in Texas for over 14 years. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Leon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in Political Science in 1991. While at the University of Houston, Mr. Leon was a three-year letter winner on the university's nationally ranked football team. In his senior year, Mr. Leon was selected to the GTE All-Southwest Conference Academic All American team. Upon graduating, Mr. Leon attended the University of Houston School of Law where he graduated in 1995.

After spending his first year as a litigation associate for a small civil firm in Dallas, Texas, Mr. Leon returned to Houston to head the personal injury department at a Houston Litigation Firm. During his career serving the Houston community, Mr. Leon accumulated over 20 million dollars in settlements for his clients. In addition, Mr. Leon has successfully tried cases to verdict in several counties in Texas. Currently Mr. Leon practices in the areas of premises liability, products liability, auto collisions, commercial trucking accidents, medical malpractice, workplace injuries, toxic exposure cases and pharmaceutical claims.

For nearly a decade, Mr. Leon has proudly served the diverse Houston community. He is completely fluent in Spanish and has enjoyed servicing the legal needs of the Hispanic community when called upon.

Mr. Leon currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. In addition, Mr. Leon is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Leon is currently admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
